Personal programs
If you are unsure about personal training, we also offer personalized programs. We can build a custom plan covering 8 weeks of tailored fitness for you!
We will arrange a time to call to start a 30-minute consultation. During this time, we will get to know each other and find out your history with fitness, your likes and dislikes, and then find out everything you would like to achieve. We will set short and long term goals, log your weight and take some measurements if you are happy to do so. After this, I will work on your program, and it will be with you ASAP.
