We also offer basic programs, including Gym Beginner, Strength and Conditioning (beginner), and Strength and Conditioning (experienced). These are more affordable but not tailored to your specific goals.
This program (gym beginner) has been designed to teach you the basics of a gym and the different exercises and machines you could find, as well as creating a time-efficient and effective workout each week!
This will consist of two full-body workout sessions a week as well as cardio and upper and lower body workouts with rest days in between!
This way you’re creating a good structure, for you to progress after the program and a better understanding. Each exercise will consist of 3-4 sets and 8-12 reps while slowly increasing the weight each week this is how you continue to see benefits in the long run.
You’ll learn to adapt your sessions according to your experience as time goes on. For example, if a certain weight becomes too easy at 12 reps increase the weight and try to get to 12 reps again.
