The first session will be an hour and start with a 30-minute consultation. During this time, we will get to know each other and find out your fitness history, likes, and dislikes and then find out everything you would like to achieve. We will set short and long term goals, log your weight and take some measurements if you are happy to do so. This will follow by a 30-minute workout.
Don’t waste your money and time on PTs in a busy gym where 30 minutes of your session is waiting around for equipment! Get the most out of your money, be time efficient and train hard for the full session to get the results you want.
